Q: How do I turn my system off?

A: Enter your 4 digit code + off (1 Key)

Q: How do I arm my system?

A: Enter your 4 digit code (2 Key) or Stay (3 Key) if staying in house.

Q: How do I turn chime mode on/off?

A: Enter your 4 digit code + chime (9 Key)

Q: What do i do in case of a false alarm?

A: Call the monitoring service at 1-800-230-6975. You will have to give them the pass code/password to cancel dispatch.

Q: How do I make changes to my account?

A: Call DEPS Monday- Friday between 8am-5pm at (252)939-9500. You will need your pass code/password. You can also send a fax to (252)523-6464 or send an email.

Q: How do I test my alarm system?

A: 1. Call Security Central, (your monitoring company) and put your system in test. You will need your pass code to do this. Their number is 1-800-230-6975.

2: Set your Alarm the same way you would when you go to bed at night or leave for the day.

3. Open a door or window to set the alarm off.

4. Call Security Central back to check that they received signals and to take your system back out of test.

Q: How do I test my cell backup?

A: No need to. Once a month a test signal is sent in from your backup to Security Central. If your cell backup is not working they will contact us. We in return will contact you.
